CapCut Pro Subscription Paid, But Still Being Asked to Pay Again

I purchased a CapCut Pro subscription through the App Store, but the app does not recognize my purchase. Even though my subscription appears as active in the App Store, CapCut still asks me to subscribe again, and at an even higher price!
I have already paid for the service, yet I can’t use any of the Pro features. This is completely unacceptable. Either activate my subscription immediately or refund my payment. I have already contacted support, but there has been no response.
