I Face Unauthorized Charge From CapCut App Through Apple App Store
On October 22, 2025, at 9:10 AM, ₺999 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization through the CapCut mobile app via the Apple App Store. I did not approve this transaction, nor did I make any request to purchase a CapCut Pro membership.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an incident, and I have not yet contacted CapCut or Apple customer support regarding the issue. I am requesting an immediate investigation and a full refund of the unauthorized ₺999 charge to resolve this situation.
I expect CapCut and Apple to review this unauthorized transaction promptly and ensure that similar incidents do not occur again.
