I Face Unauthorized Charge for CapCut Subscription
On October 22, 2025, a ₺999 charge for a CapCut Standard Package subscription was added to my Türk Telekom mobile bill without my consent. I did not approve or authorize this purchase.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription through the CapCut app, but the payment was not refunded. I also contacted CapCut customer service, yet I have not received any response or assistance regarding my complaint.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I’m requesting a full refund of the ₺999 charge that was billed without my approval.
