CapCut Annual Subscription Did Not Unlock Unlimited Features After Payment

On March 29, 2026, I purchased a yearly subscription for the CapCut application through Google Play Store on my phone. I paid approximately $60 using my Axess credit card.

However, despite purchasing the membership, the application only gave me 300 credits, and from the very first day I have never been able to use the unlimited access rights that were supposed to be included with the subscription.

Instead of being treated like a subscribed user, I continue to face restrictions as if I do not have any active membership at all. The application has not properly performed any of the features or functions that should be available under the paid subscription, which has caused continuous frustration and inconvenience.

Even though I paid for the service in full, I did not receive the complete and proper functionality promised with the annual membership.

For this reason, I request that my annual subscription be canceled and that the approximately $60 payment I made be refunded to me in full. I do not want the subscription to continue, and I expect my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
