CapCut Charged Me for an Accidental Subscription – Now I Can’t Use My Phone
On December 28, 2024, I accidentally downloaded the CapCut app and unknowingly purchased an annual subscription. Since the app has not yet processed the payment, I am now unable to use any other apps or update my phone.
Additionally, when I try to complete or cancel the purchase, my card is not being accepted, leaving the transaction stuck in limbo. This issue has made my entire phone unusable, and I am completely frustrated. If I proceed with the payment, I fear that CapCut will refuse to refund me later due to a time limit on cancellations.
I demand an urgent resolution to this issue. Either cancel this purchase immediately or provide a working payment method so I can resolve this problem without being charged unfairly. Please fix this issue as soon as possible!
