Canon Pixma G3470 Printer Issues – Slow, Faded Prints, and Poor Support

I bought a Canon Pixma G3470 printer from Migros, and it’s been nothing but a disappointment. It’s the slowest printer I’ve ever used, and the prints are incredibly faded. When I try scanning, the document only comes out halfway. I contacted Canon customer service, and they rudely told me that I should have known what I was buying, saying it wasn’t their problem.
Since you can’t test printers in-store, how was I supposed to know what I was getting? When I tried to return it the same day, Migros said I needed a document from Canon. After calling customer service again on Monday, they flat-out refused to accept the return, telling me it was my responsibility to know the product before purchasing. When I explained the printer’s issues, they hung up on me.
I’m sharing my experience with everyone I know and warning them to stay away from Canon products. I hope others don’t make the same mistake I did.
