Snapchat Won’t Work on Wi-Fi – Getting C14 Service Unavailable Error

I am unable to access Snapchat when using Wi-Fi. I receive message notifications, but when I click on them, the messages don’t appear. When I tried logging out and logging back in, I got the error message: “C14 service unavailable.”

I have tried every possible fix, including watching multiple tutorials online and following all troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked. This issue has been ongoing, and it’s extremely frustrating.

Snapchat, please fix this problem immediately. I need a clear solution, as I can’t use the app properly despite having a stable internet connection. Why is this happening, and how can I resolve it? Please assist me as soon as possible!
