Unable to Access Extra Moves or Videos in Candy Crush Saga

Good evening, I’ve been playing Candy Crush Saga for years, but recently, I haven’t been able to access extra videos or additional moves. This has made progressing through the game extremely difficult and frustrating.

Players who joined after me seem to benefit from these extra moves and videos, giving them a clear advantage and making their gameplay much easier. I find this unfair and disappointing, especially as a loyal, long-time player.
