Unable to Get Extra Moves in Candy Crush After Paid Moves

I am experiencing an issue in Candy Crush where I cannot watch videos to earn extra moves after purchasing paid moves. Even though I’ve tried multiple solutions, such as deleting and reinstalling the app, the problem persists.

Before purchasing moves, I could easily watch videos to receive additional moves, but now this feature seems disabled. This has disrupted my gameplay and made the experience frustrating, especially since I paid for moves expecting the game to function properly.

I kindly ask the developers to resolve this issue and restore the video option for extra moves. As a loyal player, I hope this matter is addressed quickly so I can continue enjoying the game.
