Unauthorised Famradar Transaction Complaint
I am using the Famradar application on iOS and, despite only starting a free trial, I have been receiving unauthorised charges through Apple. I was charged £49.99 on 07/04/2026 and again on 14/04/2026, even though I did not approve any payment after the free trial. Due to these unauthorised payments, I had to request a new bank card, but attempts to charge me have continued via Apple for the same £49.99 amounts on 07/04/2026 and 14/04/2026. When I check my Apple ID, there is no active Famradar subscription listed, and there is no accessible customer support for Famradar that I can contact about this issue. I request the immediate cancellation of any hidden or non-visible Famradar subscription linked to my Apple account and the stopping of all current and future charges. I also want these unauthorised attempts to charge my card to be investigated and fully resolved so that no further payments are taken without my explicit consent.
