Calvin Klein T-Shirt Neckline Turned Orange After First Wear

I bought a Calvin Klein men's t-shirt, and after the very first wear, the neckline started turning orange. I always wash my black clothes at 20 degrees for 30 minutes with Ariel detergent for blacks, but the discoloration happened before I even washed it. I reported the issue and requested an exchange, but neither the store nor the brand accepted that the product had a defect. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I no longer plan to shop with Calvin Klein or this store again. I expect better quality and service from a brand like this.
