Calvin Klein Product Return Problem
During the Black Friday discounts at the Calvin Klein Jeans store in Aqua Florya Mall, I bought a tracksuit and an additional pair of bottoms. The salesperson who assisted me was later dismissed, and an unchosen pair of bottoms was mistakenly included in my package. When I checked a week later as part of a New Year's gift, I discovered the bottoms I didn't choose. Upon visiting the store and dealing with Y****, the responsible person, I was met with an indifferent attitude, claiming it was my responsibility to check. They are attempting to make me accept the bottoms that don't belong to me. They didn't even bother checking the security camera footage. Their approach was entirely wrong and surprising, falling short of the standards expected from the Calvin Klein brand. Despite being a frequent shopper at this store since its opening, they refused to process the return of the incorrect item within the 10-day window, leaving me with an embarrassing experience. I will assert my rights, and I expect an urgent response from the responsible party. Aqua Florya deserves store staff that upholds higher standards!
