On September 10, 2025, I purchased a Calvin Klein Tote bag from Boyner. After using it for the first time, the surface of the bag began peeling. Experiencing this kind of issue after just one use is both surprising and disappointing.

My order number is 4156551962, and I paid ₺5,950 for the bag. After noticing the issue, I left a review on Boyner’s website explaining the problem, but no solution or response has been provided yet.

I request an exchange for the defective bag and expect a prompt response to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
