Call of Duty Issues Not Fixed After 4 Years, Requesting Refund for In-Game Purchases

I’ve been dealing with broken hit detection and damage issues in Call of Duty for 4 years. Every day, I’ve reached out to support and submitted complaints to the addresses provided, but nothing has been fixed. Today, after encountering the same issues in every match, I rage-quit out of frustration and contacted support once again. Either fix the game or refund the money I’ve spent on it. My account has a record of the in-game purchases I’ve made—at least ₺150,000, possibly more. Please review my account, calculate the amount I’ve spent, and take back this broken game. Enough is enough; my patience has run out. Give me my money back and take back your broken game.
