Call of Duty Game Purchased by Mistake – Refund Request Ignored for 48 Hours

I accidentally purchased Call of Duty and immediately requested a refund, but it has been 48 hours (2 days), and I still haven’t received any response.

I bought the game while it was on sale for ₺1079, but I never intended to complete the purchase. If I wanted to play, I would subscribe and access all games, rather than buying just one. Since I haven't used the game, I expect a quick refund without any hassle.

Call of Duty support, process my refund now! Ignoring refund requests for accidental purchases is unacceptable. I need my money back immediately!
