I transferred 107 USDT from my Bybit Global account to my Bybit TR account using the Aptos network. The transaction appears as “successful” on Bybit Global, but the funds still haven’t been credited to my Bybit TR account. This issue has caused me serious concern, as there’s no clear explanation or update.
I contacted live support and followed up with an email, only to be told it may take 5 to 7 days. That timeline is unacceptable for a simple internal transfer between Bybit platforms. Meanwhile, I’ve been left without access to my funds and no proper communication. I couldn’t even speak with a real customer representative.
I demand immediate action from Bybit to credit my 107 USDT. This kind of delay and lack of accountability is completely unprofessional and erodes trust.
