USDT Transfer Issue Between Bybit and MEXC, Refund Not Processed





I recently transferred USDT from my Bybit account to MEXC using the TON network. Unfortunately, due to a language barrier, I entered the wrong memo. After filing a dispute, my claim was found valid, and I was informed that the amount had been refunded to my Bybit account.
However, despite providing all the necessary information to Bybit, the funds have not been credited back to my account. The lack of clarity and action on this issue is incredibly frustrating, as it has disrupted my transactions and created unnecessary stress.
I demand immediate action from Bybit to process the refund correctly and provide a clear explanation regarding the delay. This level of service is unacceptable.
