Bybit Failed to Credit 44 USDT Returned by Pepperstone

On March 14, 2026, I transferred approximately 44 USDT from my Bybit TR account to my Pepperstone.com broker account. Pepperstone later returned the same amount, sending it back to my Bybit TR account. The transaction records on Tronscan, screenshots of my Bybit funding and withdrawal history, and the “Transaction Result Form” dated March 14, 2026, issued by Bybit TR in the name of Adnan A****, clearly show that the refund was successfully processed and reached Bybit TR.

I opened a support request through Bybit TR’s official website, following the procedure specified by the company. They asked me for the transaction ID (TxID), so I provided all the information from Tronscan showing the complete transaction details, the PDF transaction record, screenshots of the relevant transaction on Bybit, and the “Transaction Result Form” issued by Bybit TR. Despite this, although they acknowledged that the funds had reached their system, they then asked me, citing procedural requirements, to record the transaction process on video and submit it through their website. I complied and submitted video evidence two or three times as requested, but my requests were rejected and the funds were still not returned to my account.

Despite all of this evidence, including the Tronscan records, screenshots of my Bybit transaction history, and the “Transaction Result Form” issued by Bybit TR itself, the refunded amount has not been credited to my account, and I believe my funds have been improperly withheld. As a result of this transaction involving Bybit TR and Bybit.com, my refund has still not been processed even though I have provided clear and concrete documentation.

I request that Bybit TR immediately credit the approximately 44 USDT returned by Pepperstone to my Bybit TR account in full and that my rejected support request be reviewed again, taking into account all of the records and documents I submitted. I also request that this matter be resolved without further delay. In addition, because of the problems I experienced during this process and the failure to return my funds, I would like to strongly remind other users to exercise caution when sending funds, making withdrawals, or conducting transactions through Bybit.com and Bybit TR, and, if possible, to consider cases like mine before using these platforms.
