Busuu Membership Cancellation and Refund Issue – Charged Despite Cancellation Request

Despite multiple attempts to cancel my Busuu membership, it wasn’t processed. Now, I’ve been charged, and after canceling, I received an email stating that the payment is non-refundable. I want my money refunded back to my account immediately.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m requesting a response from Busuu to resolve this issue fairly. This is unacceptable, and I regret choosing Busuu.
