Busuu Charging Me Without a Subscription – I Demand a Refund

I have never subscribed to Busuu, yet they have repeatedly charged my bill without my consent. This is completely unacceptable, and I want this issue resolved immediately.

I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charges. Busuu, stop making unjustified withdrawals from users' accounts! This is not an isolated incident—many others have experienced the same issue, and it needs to be addressed.

There must be an end to these unfair charges. Busuu, how can you charge people without their approval? I expect a prompt response and my money back immediately! Has anyone else faced this problem? Let's make sure this doesn't happen to more people.
