I immediately returned to the store to ask for a proper replacement. What they gave me instead was absolutely unacceptable: they had simply scraped off the mayonnaise and repackaged the same burger. I could have done that myself at home—what I needed was a freshly made, safe-to-eat sandwich. When I bit into it, I realized it was still cold and had mayo residue inside. Now, I’m starting to experience a reaction—my skin is breaking out, and it’s because of their negligence.
This is not a joke or a preference—this is a serious health issue. I took photos of everything, including the receipt. Burger King needs to train its staff to take allergy and dietary restrictions seriously. You’re putting people’s health at risk by cutting corners. I expect a full apology, a refund, and for your staff to be properly educated on how to handle allergy-related orders.
