Burger King's Repeated Mistakes, Ignoring Allergies, and Delivering Incorrect Orders
I'm very upset with Burger King because they keep sending me burgers with ingredients that my child is allergic to, even though I've asked for no ketchup or mayonnaise and written it all over the order form. Even though I choose the exact options on their website, they still get it wrong. If I gave these burgers to my child without checking, we might have to go to the hospital for a long time. On top of that, the burgers can come as late as 10:30 PM, which makes it impossible to get in touch with their phone support, which stops working at 11 PM. Even at 10:34 PM, they don't answer their live chat on their website. My child is going to bed hungry tonight because Burger King made a mistake. This is not acceptable, and something needs to be done right away to fix it.
