We have been actively using our Viomi A11 cordless vacuum for several years and have generally been satisfied with its performance. However, the plastic used in the aluminum wand and the flexible joint is far below the quality expected for a product in this price range. From the very beginning, the plastic sections made creaking noises during use. Over time, the flexible joint began to separate and loosen. Eventually, the plastic components attached to the aluminum wand broke completely, leaving the vacuum difficult and unsafe to use.

When we took the vacuum to an authorized service center in November 2025, the issue was classified as user-caused and was not covered under warranty. Although we were not charged for an inspection or repair, we were quoted approximately $32 for a replacement wand. Considering that we purchased the vacuum when it was first released at a premium price, it is extremely disappointing that such a basic component failed in this way and that we were then asked to pay a significant amount for a replacement.

Even though the warranty has now expired, we believe this problem was caused by poor material quality rather than misuse. I respectfully request that Viomi provide the replacement wand free of charge or, at the very least, offer it at a reasonable discounted cost to resolve this issue. I also encourage the company to improve the quality of the plastic components used in this model so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
