Hornet Camera Verification Won’t Let Me Log In
For the past three days, I have been unable to log in to the Hornet app on my Samsung Galaxy A13, even though I had been using it without any issues for a long time. Whenever I open the app, I receive a message asking me to "Turn on your camera so we can verify you." After I allow camera access, the app immediately displays an error and refuses to sign me in.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the same verification prompt and error continue to appear every time I try to log in. Until three days ago, I had never experienced this problem, and now I am completely locked out of my account.
I request that Hornet investigate this camera verification issue, restore my access to my account, and provide a permanent fix so I can log in and use the app normally again.
