Inglesina Aptica XT Travel System Has Disappointing Folding Mechanism

for that kind of money, I expected perfection. But when it arrived, I found that the folding mechanism was anything but easy. It's supposed to be a breeze, but I struggled every time, and forget about doing it with one hand! the worst wasn't this though after a few uses something happened and it got harder, I'll definitely file a claim and see if they can help me quickly but still now I'll be out of a pushchair...reading rave reviews about its luxury features and smooth maneuverability, why not buy it right? I'm seriously questioning whether this travel system was worth the hefty price tag, I know it’s too late but at least I want others be informed, we need each other as moms.
