Bugaboo Car Seat Order Came Wrong, Need To Return It

I just got my package, and it came with the Bugaboo Owl by Nuna convertible car seat but opening the package and carefully checking it, that’s not what we ordered. as per your policy, called you within 48 hours of delivery to let you know about this problem. The shipment did not include my order. It’s a wrong order. kindly ask for immediate help to solve this problem. Please let me know what needs to be done to fix the problem, whether that's sending the missing item right away or doing something else to make sure I get the product as soon as possible.
