IKEA Ships Wrong Baby Crib Instead of Sundvik

I'm completely taken aback. My order had the reference number 121107232026806, but instead of the "Sundvik" crib that I had ordered, I received a different baby crib on July 11, 2023. I'm baffled as to how they could have gotten the order so wrong. I informed the customer service representative of the critical situation that our infant child is currently without a bed, emphasizing the importance of this. I demand that this error be corrected as soon as possible. Because of this irresponsible behavior, our infant child will have to endure another round of sleepless nights. I would appreciate it if you could please deliver the item(s) to me in the correct order as soon as possible. Thank you.
