Budgetair Denied "Refundable" Ticket

I bought a flight ticket to the USA from budgetair.com, including the refund fee. As a result of unforeseen circumstances with my US visa, I had to make two changes to my travel plans and incur additional fees for each rescheduling. Upon realizing that the visa procedures would not be completed in time, I promptly requested a refund, providing all the required information. Unfortunately, my request was rejected with a generic response. This company shows a lack of responsibility when it comes to the online sales it carries out in our country. I strongly discourage paying unnecessary refund fees, as obtaining refunds from this company appears to be extremely difficult, especially for trips that are uncertain.
