Budgetair Wrong Flight Date Cost Us Extra Day & Money

I had a big problem with the return flight I booked through Budgetair.com for my trip to Tokyo. Despite a seamless outbound journey, it transpired that Budgetair had provided tickets for a date when the flight was not scheduled. Fortunately, the airline arranged for a replacement flight the next day at the airport. We had to delay our return home by a day, which resulted in us having to pay for various expenses ourselves. This included covering the costs of a hotel, airport transfers, and meals for two people. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any contact numbers for the agency. A significant factor was the decrease in our earnings as a result of not being able to attend important work commitments.
