Budgetair Reservation Denied Despite Payment

I bought a ticket from Budgetair.com and eagerly awaited confirmation. I was charged for the ticket on my card, but then I got an email saying that the reservation couldn't go through and that I would get a refund within 5-10 business days. I'm currently overseas and I find it unacceptable for my funds to be held for an extended period of time. Without an additional source of funds, purchasing the ticket would have been impossible. When done on behalf of a large number of people, this situation can result in substantial gains through the accumulation of interest over time. I strongly advise against buying tickets from Budgetair, and I want to make it clear that I will escalate this issue to the appropriate legal authorities.
