BudgetAir Booking Error - No Ticket Issued, Refund Delayed
Last week, I purchased a ticket from BudgetAir for an MIAT flight to Seoul. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my reservation details on the same day. When I reached out to inquire about it, I received an email explaining that my ticket couldn't be issued because the company wasn't selling it at the price I had purchased it for. They assured me that I would receive a refund within 10 days. This company not only failed to issue my ticket after taking my money, but it also left me stranded by promising to refund my money within a 10-day period.
In addition, the payment has not yet been made, and I am being charged processing fees as well. Ever since the ticket price skyrocketed by $10,000, not only was I denied a refund, but I also had to purchase the ticket at a whopping 50% markup. For me, I won't be participating in any more transactions.
