Budget Serbia Hasn’t Refunded My Deposit Despite Promises, No Support Given
I rented a car from Budget Serbia at the Nikola Tesla branch on May 29th and was told I would receive my deposit back within 15 business days after returning the car and submitting all documents. However, the deposit still hasn’t been refunded. When I contacted Budget’s international hotline, they referred me to Budget Turkey, who then informed me that this issue wasn’t their responsibility. Instead of providing support, they told me to file another complaint via email. This back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating, and I expect Budget to resolve this issue quickly and return my deposit as promised.
