Budget Krakow Airport Wrongly Charged for Renault 308 Despite Protection Package

On 20.06.2025, I rented a Renault 308 from Budget Car Rental at Krakow Airport in Poland. My reservation number is 655202***. During the rental, I also purchased an additional protection package. After returning the vehicle, I was charged ₺33,000 for damage that was not related to me. However, I have photos proving that there was no defect when I returned the car. Despite having purchased the extra protection package, this unfair charge was made. I request the refund of this amount as soon as possible, and I also want to express my dissatisfaction with this negative experience.
