Complaint About Buddy.ai Subscription

I am writing regarding my Buddy.ai subscription, which I have not been using but has still been charged to me several times. Despite not using the app, I was charged 22.99 on 1 December 2025, 45.99 on 5 March 2026, and again 45.99 on 27 March 2026 on my iPhone in the USA. I do not recall approving these repeated charges and I was not aware that the subscription was still active in this way. Since I am not using the service and feel I have been charged unfairly multiple times, I kindly request that my Buddy.ai subscription be cancelled immediately and that all of these payments be fully refunded to me. I expect written confirmation that the subscription is cancelled and that no further charges will be taken from my account.
