BTCTurk is holding my deposit for hours and refusing to credit it to my account. They claim there is a name mismatch and told me to contact my bank because the funds would supposedly be returned. However, my bank confirms that the money has already left my account.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I sent the money from my registered bank account—so if there was a name issue, how did my previous transactions go through without a problem?
