I Can’t Access My Bithumb Account Despite Having Funds
I have an active account on Bithumb, and I’ve made significant investments through the platform. However, I can no longer log in to my account because the system refuses to recognize my email address or phone number—even though I’m certain they are correct and associated with my account.
This is completely unacceptable. My funds are locked in, and I’ve lost access with no explanation. It feels as if Bithumb has arbitrarily shut down access for users, especially from Turkey. I’ve contacted support but received no real assistance or acknowledgment of the issue.
It’s outrageous that a supposedly global exchange would behave this way. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I am prepared to pursue legal action, and I encourage others who are facing the same problem to join me. A class-action lawsuit may be the only way to hold this company accountable. I demand that my access be restored and my account reactivated without further delay.
