I Sent ₺4200 from Binance to BscScan and Never Received It

Hello, I transferred approximately ₺4200 from my Binance account using BSC (Binance Smart Chain), and the transaction shows as sent. However, the funds never arrived in my destination wallet, and I have no idea where they went.

I’ve been trying to track this down, but I’m stuck. The transaction appears on BscScan, yet it doesn’t show in any wallet I control. I submitted a help request, but I haven't received any proper guidance or support yet. This amount is significant, and I expect clear answers and accountability. I'm urgently calling on Binance and BscScan support teams to investigate this issue. Where is my money? Why has the transfer not reached its destination?
