I Sent 0.189607 SOL from Binance Web3 to Spot Wallet but It Went to BscScan by Mistake

13

I transferred 0.189607 SOL from my Binance Web3 Wallet to my Binance spot wallet, but the funds never arrived. When I checked the transaction details, I saw that the transfer was mistakenly routed through the BscScan network, and now my coins are stuck in the wrong address.

This is clearly a transaction error, but I’ve had zero luck reaching Binance customer support—no live chat help, no email response, no resolution. I used both Binance and its native wallet for the transfer, yet my funds are now lost somewhere on BscScan, completely inaccessible from my Binance spot account.

This is unacceptable. Binance promotes its Web3 Wallet as a secure and seamless option, yet a basic transfer within its own ecosystem failed, and I’m the one left dealing with the consequences.
