I Sent Funds to BscScan But Can’t Transfer Them to Binance

Hello, I recently made a payment to a game that operates on the Binance Smart Chain, and the transaction shows up on BscScan, but I’m completely stuck because I can’t access or transfer the funds in any way. The funds are visible on BscScan, yet I have no option to move them to my Binance account, and it’s been incredibly frustrating.
