I purchased a Brita pitcher around 9 months ago, and despite regularly changing the filter, the filter compartment has started to develop algae after just a few months of use. This is highly concerning, as I expected the product to maintain a high level of hygiene.

I request Brita’s assistance in resolving this issue, as the algae growth raises serious doubts about the product’s cleanliness. Please provide guidance on how to prevent this or offer a replacement if needed.
