Brita Pitcher Cracked and Leaking in Less Than a Year

I purchased a Brita pitcher less than a year ago, and now the bottom has cracked, causing it to leak. Every time I use it, the spot where I place the pitcher gets completely soaked, making it really inconvenient to use. I’m incredibly disappointed that something I trusted to be durable is failing so soon. It’s frustrating to deal with this issue after such a short time, especially with a brand I relied on. I’m requesting Brita to address this problem and provide a replacement. It's unacceptable for a product to become unusable in such a short period.
