Unauthorized Charges from Brawl Stars on My Papara Card

On September 14, 2024, at 8:35 PM, a charge of ₺119.99 was made on my Papara card from the Brawl Stars game without my permission. Again, on September 20, 2024, at 3:51 PM, another unauthorized charge of ₺79.99 was made from the same game.
I did not authorize these transactions, and I am requesting an immediate refund and a prompt investigation into this issue. Please address this situation as soon as possible, as I expect a swift resolution and return of the funds.

A withdrawal of 279.99 TL was made from my Papara card for the game Brawl Stars on October 5, 2024, at 22:30 without my permission. I request a prompt response and refund. There have been 3 withdrawals from the same game without my permission. I am waiting for a response...
