I Paid for Brawl Stars Brawl Pass Plus but Didn’t Receive It

Last night at 10:06 PM, I purchased Brawl Pass Plus in Brawl Stars using my Akbank card. Although the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the product was never delivered or applied to my game account.

This is highly frustrating. I paid for a digital product and received nothing in return. I have checked multiple times—there is no sign of the Brawl Pass Plus being active on my account, and I’m unable to access any of its features.

I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and professionally. Please don’t delay this any further—either deliver the pass to my game account immediately or return my money without making me wait any longer. I hope someone from Supercell or the payment provider will finally take this issue seriously and fix it.
