My Brawl Stars Purchases Disappeared And I Never Received The Refund I Deserve

I'm very unhappy with my recent encounter with Brawl Stars. Out of the blue, all of my in-game purchases vanished without any warning. I promptly contacted them to have the situation rectified. However, rather than addressing the problem, they insisted that a refund had already been issued, even though I never asked for or received one. Adding insult to injury, in spite of the supposed refund, none of the payments I've made thus far have been reimbursed. It's really frustrating that I've lost both the items and the money I spent. I'm confused as to why I haven't received a refund for a canceled transaction and deleted items. Can you please clarify? I must say, this entire situation has been quite disappointing. The customer support provided has been far from satisfactory, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.
