Brawl Stars In-Game Purchase Refund Not Received Despite Approval
I requested a refund for an in-game purchase in Brawl Stars, and Supercell’s support team assured me it would be processed within 3-5 business days. I also received an email from the Play Store confirming the refund approval. However, despite initiating the refund request on May 24, 2024, I still haven’t received the payment. The Play Store even lists the refund as completed, yet there’s no sign of it in my account.
I kindly request that my refund is processed as soon as possible. The attached screenshots provide further details. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.
