My Brawl Stars account on my Samsung Galaxy A24 has been locked for security reasons for about four days. The screen shows a message saying “Locked for security reasons,” and since then, I haven’t been able to access my account. My username/player ID is QORY9O8U8.
I reached out to the in-game support team for help, and they only responded with “We are reviewing your case.” However, it has been four days, and I haven’t received any updates or progress since then. My account also contains several in-game purchases that I don’t want to lose.
I’m requesting that my issue be resolved and that my account be unlocked as soon as possible. I’ve invested time and money into this game, and I hope Supercell can restore my access quickly.
