Brawl Stars Player Kills Me Through Silence Effect — Possible Cheat or Exploit Being Used

Today, while playing Brawl Stars as Cordelius, I was killed by a Bibi player even though I had already silenced her. Under normal game mechanics, a silenced opponent should not be able to deal damage or eliminate me — yet this happened multiple times in the same match. The player's in-game name appeared as Spike Legandda.
Over the last several matches, I've been noticing situations that go against the game's own logic and mechanics, especially whenever I face this particular player. It has seriously taken the fun out of the game for me and shaken my trust in it.
I am asking that this player's account be thoroughly investigated, that any cheating or exploit use be identified and met with appropriate consequences, and that 50 gems be added to my account as compensation for the frustration this experience has caused me.
