Brawl Stars Charges My Debit Card Without Parental Consent
Between June 12 and 14, approximately $35 was spent in Brawl Stars through my Ziraat Bank debit card saved on my Android phone — all without my knowledge or consent. The charges appear on my bank statement as "Brawl Stars purchase," and every single one of them was made by my young child without my permission.
Because these transactions took place entirely without my awareness, I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged. I am also asking that the account linked to this game be permanently blocked from making any further card purchases, and that all existing payment authorizations be revoked, so this can never happen again.
I kindly ask that the necessary investigation into these unauthorized charges be carried out and that I be contacted with a resolution as soon as possible.
Due to unauthorized purchases of about ₺1600 made by my child between June 12–14, I requested that all card transactions on my Brawl Stars account be permanently disabled and a refund be issued. So far I have received no communication from the brand, and my situation is terrible.
