Bravofly Promised a Full Refund for My Canceled Flight But Only Gave a Partial One

Do not book with Bravofly! My flight was called off, and it had nothing to do with me. Though Bravofly is only providing me with a partial refund, you would think a corporation would manage circumstances like this better. Having tried to get in touch with them for more than a month, their customer service is appalling. Speaking with an actual person is almost impossible; once you do, they are either useless or respond vaguely. Worse, they even affirmed in writing that I would be refunded totally. These days, they are reversing their commitment and asserting they cannot reimburse the whole money. Dealing with a firm that breaks its own promises may be rather aggravating. Steer clear of them at all possible.
