Bravofly Canceled My Family's Flights and Offered a Refund 16 Percent Short

Using Bravofly, I reserved three tickets for my family; things quickly went south. The airline called off our flight, therefore Bravofly contacted me to beg to have an other schedule accepted. I complied. Soon after, though, they told me the other planes were also canceled. I felt perplexed and let down since they lacked any proof or airline confirmation. They then presented two refund choices: credit points or vouchers, although the voucher option was 16% less than what I had paid initially. I am so losing sixteen percent of my money right now without getting any services. It's quite annoying. Booking through this third party is not advised by me. I will be sharing this encounter to let others know.
